Mid Wales 

 What can I say, it's one of the most beautiful, tranquil parts of the UK.  The scenery is stunning - hills, mountains, rivers and waterfalls.    You cannot help but be inspired.

These are the views from my window at home.

And now the winter ones

I live in the hills just outside Welshpool in Montgomeryshire, Powys, a pretty little market town that's only a hour from the coast. 

Many artist and craft workers have moved into the area because its so inspirational.  I belong to Valley Arts & Crafts, a group of artists who live within the Montgomeryshire area of Powys.  Many artists live within the area including:

International artist - Andrew Logan, who has a museum of sculpture in Berriew;
Mike Kemp - who creates sculptures from trees and recycled timber;
Michael Allen - who creates collages using leaves from the Himalayas.

My studio is in the small village of Llanerfyl just 10 minutes away from my home.  The address is:
